A SparrowHawk Affaire experience combines the breathtaking
magnificence of the Mohonk and Shawangunk Mountains with the
Spectacular views of the Catskills on the other side of the ridge.  A
relaxing atmosphere of songbirds and owls, breezes off the
mountains and early Spring Flowers surround the Inn.  This historic
registered Luxury Inn, once known as "Elm Rock" is Grand!

Experience a good nights sleep in your well appointed Air Conditioned
room.  Awaken to the smells of freshly brewed Gourmet Coffee and
a gigantic all you can eat Gourmet Breakfast.  A completely new
menu is created each day  based on your dietary concerns and
preferences .  These delicacies are served to order, each morning
between 8&10am.

SparrowHawk Affaires has Spring Water and Small Automatic Ice
makers on every floor with ice buckets in each room.  In the 10 foot
wide planked floor hallway we have a Microwave, Refrigerator,
Coffee. Tea, Organic Drinks, and More.  We have it all!  Even a ghost
for haunting experiences....  Our fireplaces burn gorgeous oil filled
candles for the most romantic affaires (Equipment purchased: Gas
lines being put in).  

SparrowHawk Affaires is a federal circa 1760 registered Brick
colonial located right on the Kripplebush Creek.  The DEC dedicated
the stream an official NYS trout creek.  We have 5 gorgeous
manicured acres of wildlife both endangered.  a small orchard.  
Wetlands.  And, gorgeous gardens galore.

additional charge.  Also cater to non-dairy,
diabetic, and other special needs diets.
